Tracey is the CEO of UnitingCare Gippsland, a large rural community service organisation that delivers a range of children and family services including early year’s education, family day care, out-of-home care, disability services, child and family support and community support and strengthening activities.
Tracey understands the issues affecting parents and families in a rural context, built on her experience in the management of community services and as a director of a regional health service where she served as both board member and Chair. She has worked alongside Indigenous organisations and marginalised groups to strengthen capacity to address their own needs.
She is also a member of the Inner Gippsland Child Youth Area Partnership which is working to improve the system for children in the out-of-home care sector and contributing to research in the Australian context on this matter.
In 2012 she was awarded Governor of Gippsland Southern Health Service.
Tracey is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, has a Masters degree in Human Services Management and a Graduate Certificate in Business Management.
