Parents of children with ASD
Are you the parent of a young child with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) aged 2-5 years? A new research project has been set up to explore your experiences and to learn more about parents' experiences of stress, coping, sleep, fatigue, parenting and home environment. Researchers are now recruiting so if you are the parent of a young child with ASD and interested in taking part, go to the online survey. More
Parenting resources now on Facebook
In our latest eNews, we share our news on how Raising Children resources are now available on the social networking site Facebook. We announce the MyTime forum for providers, facilitators and play helpers to be held in July. And we also report on the number of parents and carers who have attended Early Days workshops and on the hugely successful forum recently held by Healthy Start. Read more in our latest PRC eNews.

How do families manage the challenge of raising adolescents?
A new research project, part of a PhD study at Swinburne University, has been set up to explore what parents do to protect their teenage children from harmful activities such as alcohol and truancy. The research project is now recruiting parents of 10–18 year-olds to take part in an online survey to learn more about parent attitudes and their relationship with their children. More
New program for families affected by Victorian 2009 bushfires
Families affected by Victorian 2009 bushfires can now sign up to a parenting program 'Parenting Children and Teenagers Affected by Bushfire'. This program helps parents and carers support their children’s recovery. The program was made possible by the Victorian Bushfire Appeal Fund. Visit the website to read more about the program.
Tell Us campaign
We would like to support The Foundation for Young Australians who have recently launched the new Tell Us campaign. Tell Us is a unique national campaign to promote the voice of young Australians by inviting secondary students to tell the Government how they view success at school. Teenagers up to 19 years of age can complete the online survey or read more. More
