Administration Officer
  • $46,065, plus 9% superannuation + 5 weeks leave

The Administration Officer is a pivotal position, acting as a central administrative, information management and communication point for the project team and external stakeholders. This position is responsible for providing secretarial support to the Program Manager and administrative support to the project team, as well as contributing to organisation - wide administration projects.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client focus and the ability to relate to people at all levels. Administration experience with proven time management and organisational skills including the ability to complete multiple tasks within strict timelines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy are essential. High levels of computer literacy particularly MS Office (prefer 2007) and email usage are essential.
