Senior Psychologist/Social Worker

We are looking to recruit two applicants with qualifications and experience as Senior Psychologists or Social Workers. One position is based in our Sydney office and another postion in our Melbourne office. You will be experienced in supporting organisations, teams and practitioners to improve quality of practice in working with families.

The specific job title will be Senior Practice Design and Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of exciting collaborations tasked with practice design. The role also includes supporting the implementation of evidence-based practices and programs in government and non-government agencies working with families in welfare, education and health sectors.

Psychologist/Social Worker

We are looking for a Psychologist/Social Worker to join our team in Sydney. You will be responsible for supporting agencies to successfully implement evidence-based programs, practices and service models.

You will assist clients in a variety of ways, including consultation, training, post-training support, facilitation of local implementation teams, field observations, and supporting the establishment and operation of continuous quality assurance mechanisms. You will also contribute to project management, research and evaluation activities.

Strategic Communications Manager

We are looking for a full-time Strategic Communications Manager to join our team, based in either Melbourne or Sydney. You will be responsible for supporting the Executive Team in planning and delivering communications activities that build our reputation and influence.

You will also advise on communications strategies related to strategic priorities, and oversee media relations, branding, stakeholder engagement, events, digital and social media and other tactics.
